Weve visited many ramen shops, but this one stood out with its great atmosphere and some of the best ramen and gyoza weve had. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. If it werent six hours away, wed be back in a heartbeat.
Dare I say, the best Japanese restaurant nonsushi in the Denver Metro Area??? What a gem... Everything was super fresh, homemade and absolutely delicious. The ramen noodles were chewy but not too thick, karaage was crispy and juicy, and omg... the onigiri!!!! Definitely cant wait to come back here to try all the other dishes. 1110!

The ramen here is fantastic! The tonkotsu ramen was rich and flavorful with a wellbalanced broth that hit all the right notes. The rice ball was okaynot bad, but it could have been better if grilled before serving to add a bit more texture. Overall, a great spot for ramen lovers!
Delicious dinner! I had the black garlic ramen and we shared a couple appetizers. You can see them making the potstickers. We were happy to get in when we did as it was a big dinner rush around 645 7 oclock. Its a sweet interior atmosphere but the parking lot is not great.

Katsu Ramen is absolutely one of my favorite Ramen places in the entire United States. Theyre black garlic Ramen is to die for their service is great and very quick. I dont think Ive waited more than 10 minutes for my meal ever definitely one of the best spots in the Denver area.
